Related to #460 (comment)

  1. Add a deprecation warning when opening CDML/XML files with xcdat in v0.6.0 -- this is standard practice and the user can silence them
  2. Remove CDML support in the subsequent release (maybe v0.7.0) -- this timeline should parallel CDAT's end-of-life at the end of this year
