@waruqi 请尽快把 tb_uuid_generate 改成正确的 UUID V4 实现，这里可能有潜在的 bug，貌似 VS 不认错误的 SolutionGuid

还有 tb_uuid_make_cstr 虽然这种应该生成uuid v3 或 v5 的，不过 vs 只认 v4

不是v4的情况下一保存就会变成这个样子
