XMTP Debug

xmtp-debug has been a useful tool for developers testing their apps on XMTP.

It allows you to inspect raw payloads from the network, load up inboxes with a large number of conversations, and see the state of identities.

It needs a revamp in the V3 world. The CLI in the examples folder is a good starting place, but the focus of the debug tool should be to access the protocol on a lower level and expose more raw data to developers.
