是不是可以修改session的fec配置？ #231

如果客户端发送的pps较少，而服务端发送的pps很多时。其实客户端不需要开启fec，只需要服务端开启fec就好了。是不是可以这么理解？

我看kcp-go提供的方法好像没办法设置session只开启encoder或decoder，是需要自己改一下源码？
