Tasks added through the task macro aren't displayed in the task list anymore

I don't know if this is intended, but since fixing #64, tasks added through the task macro are no longer listed in the task list on the home page of the task manager as hidden tasks are filtered by default.

This is intentional at the moment, as tasks created by the user are displayed in the Task Manager livetable, while tasks created by the task macro (tasks created inline as to do lists) are not shown in the Task Manager livetable and can only be shown by task report macros.

We propose to add an option in the Task Manager livetable to display or not tasks created by the task macro. To further define UI/UX. Maybe add a new column in the livetable with a filter for inline tasks, detailed task or all? (this could however add a bit more complexity for the end users)
