Can this program run successfully?

I ran this code in a Windows environment and there were some errors. After some modifications, there were still errors. Is this code best suited to run in Ubuntu?

I recommend you run the project on Ubuntu/Debian using a GPU with at least 12GB of graphic memory.
If you need to run this project on a Windows PC, you might need to modify the code.

Thank you very much for your reply and answer. To reduce unnecessary work now and in the future, I'm trying to install Ubuntu and Nvidia drivers on my spare computer to run the program successfully.
