Don't pin wasm-bindgen version

Later versions of wasm-bindgen (v0.2.48) broke stdweb for me and I'm not sure why yet. Needs investigation

As soon as I import websys, I get:

The error appears to come from a catch from the generated JS file from cargo-web:

I checked and the same generated JS works when not importing web sys.

I'm not sure how to investigate further. Any suggestions?
