Missing and mismatching icons in Xfce

Linux Mint "Driver manger" icon is the one that should be used for terminal(xfce4-terminal) and terminal does not have any icon:

Also the icon of Notes app is used by text editor (in my case "xed"):

And icons for these apps are missing:

1. RedShift
2. Thunar
3. Bulk rename
4. Xfce "Appearance" settings
5. Menu editor
6. Onboard
7. Transmission
8. Web Apps
9. Nvidia settings
10. Settings editor
