Hello, first of all I want to thank you for the quality icon theme :)

It seems the smallest supported size for the symbolic icons is 24px, as in Thunar that's how they show up when set to 24px. Icon size is hardcoded in Nemo at 16px, which is why I think the icons look odd and inconsistent.

24xp icon has not yet done, later will do a set.
