Some issues with menus appearance

Hi, first of all I want to thank you for the excellent work with the Winsur theme that I used to create a video for my YouTube channel that talks about Linux.

I want to let you know about problems with the menus, you can see them in the screenshots below. In the first one you can see the popup menu on the desktop, the submenu has a different and ugly appearance compared with the main menu, in the second one you can see how in Libreoffice the excessive transparency does not allows to read the menus. How to overcome these inconveniences? Thank you!
