Same error here utilizing my cookies.txt running youtube-dl 2020-01-01

  1. Try updating: youtube-dl -U
  2. Since this is coming from a subscription which requires authentication on the website, thus you would need to add arguments to the command you're using.

Try adding -u YOURUSERNAME -p YOURPASSWORD

or --cookies cookies.txt (after logging in to the website from Firefox, you can download the cookies.txt using this tool https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/cookies-txt/)
