DPLAY it doesn't works anymore for plus content

## Description

On Dplay.it is impossible with my cookie and also with my credential --username and --password, download.
I'm a regular Plus member and on browser i can see Plus content, but with youtube-dl i can't get them.

I'm exported from chrome my cookie, with a lot of extension, without success.

I bought plus account to use it with youtube-dl.

And there is another curious issue, with these episodes ( i pasted only 1 ep )

Isn't a plus content, but you can't download it, with youtube-dl.
