YES!!
..and if this is in fact possible please note that CTV is part of BellMedia, so I believe the same (similar) extractor should also work for their other properties, such as: ctvnews.ca, tsn.ca, bnn.ca

I am not sure if these are similar under the hood, but I just noticed that you already have an extractor for RDS:
28fb109

RDS is the french version of TSN: http://www.tsn.ca/video
..both are bellmedia properties and appear to at least share webspace:

Both use 9c9media.com for streaming that is not supported currently.
