描述 bug
某个群聊发言无法记录，一直报错，排行榜也无法使用

如何复现
某个群聊发言无法记录，排查发现history.json为空文件夹，可能是重启速度过快导致了清空？）
我删除了空白的history文件，然后从头开始记录了，那还有没有办法导入原来数据到history?

操作系统 ubuntu20.04
Python 版本 3.10.8
Nonebot2 版本号 2.0.0rc3
在那里下载的本插件
- pypi 0.4.2

其他内容
不知道有没有留下，缓存的数据导入到history的方法（）
