I found a mindmap software at git hub (mindmaps), it feels cool, and the tech is javascript, I think it can be embed in trilium.

Should we add it ? And if I want to add this feture by myself , where would I need to start ?

Thanks.

I think having mindmaps would be great! Mermaid has an open request since 2017, so another solution would be great.

Perhaps it's also doable with an render note, but I haven't looked into that.

BTW, 0.52 will contain excalidraw which isn't mindmap specifically, but is general enough to be able to draw mindmaps with it.

It seems Mermaid has a MindMap now (but mentioned as experimental): https://mermaid-js.github.io/mermaid/syntax/mindmap.html
Would be nice to have this version supported by trillium.

Trilium has entered maintenance mode. Future enhancements will be addressed in TrilumNext: TriliumNext/Notes#132
