Make it more obvious that Zarf is disabling firewalld on RHEL #173

on RHEL, Zarf disables firewalld per recommendation from Rancher, but it does it in a way that is not very obvious to the user that it is happening.

Acceptance Criteria:

Zarf asks for permission before disabling firewalld
A flag exists that automatically gives permission so zarf can continue to support running without human interaction
