Hi, I have a dataset for multiple organisms, so I'm considering to use multi.spiec.easi. Does this function calculate edges only within each group of organisms or also between groups? My goal would be to have each group clr-transformed independently and then obtain edges within and between groups of organisms. Is this possible within multi.spiec.easi / spiec.easi?
