Initiating brawls from Companions quests does not work the first time

Describe the Bug
Doing a companions brawl quest from Farkas and won't initiate brawl with nazeem when clicking brawl dialogue or any brawl quest. Tested with multiple npcs.

To Reproduce
Okay so it seems saving and reloading fixes this issue. So it never works first time when you get the quest?

Any idea to why it's doing this.

Can confirm that this occurs with Companions brawl quests. Nothing occurs when using the dialogue to trigger the brawl, if you don't pass the speech check to make them intimidated.

If you save right after this then and re-load, the brawl will start. Looking into why this may be.

I'm not 100% sure what's causing this. I can confirm that you don't need to reload, you can use the dialogue option a few more times, trying with your weapons out and sheathed. I've had two that didn't work the first time after doing many brawl quests in a row.
