How to Keep zellij Session Alive Indefinitely?

When running a server process within a zellij session it seems like without clients attached the session is eventually killed & the server process is terminated.
I'm not super familiar with multiplexers - is this sort of functionality within scope for zellij? Am I missing a configuration option that will keep my server alive indefinitely within zellij?
This is running on Ubuntu. Thanks!
