Calculate pulse energy and average power from time-dependent simulation output files.
Including two scripts:
- calavgp.sh: calculate average power gain curve.
- calpulse.sh: calculate pulse energy gain curve.
- calpulse.py: calculate gain curve with option to show plot or not.
