m3u file support

Problem
Windows player can detect the m3u file but I cannot see it on Groove(by zhiyiYo)
You can find the m3u file by clicking play on Windows button on internet radio webpage this link

Possible Solution
On Windows Media Player I can see .m3u file. When I click it, it starts to play the URL of the radio.
It can be done in Groove(by zhiyiYo) using python-vlc
