Process exit with autoThermal

Sometimes with autothermal and when laptop is unpluged I found that G14manager is not running.
Even if process is set to run each minutes up to 3 times it is not restarted.
Upon manual restart it restart again.
Error code reported in task manager is:
The process terminated unexpectedly (0x8007042b)

for some reasons task scheduler doesn't really work well with my program. If you start the G14Manager manually via terminal, or via shortcut, does it happen again?
