Postinstall advertisement against NPM policies

In Supporting Open Source Maintainers, npm, Inc. has outlined their future plans for open source funding, importantly though they mention that they have updated their policies, specifically the Commercial Content section which now prohibits:

Packages that display ads at runtime, on installation, or at other stages of the software development lifecycle, such as via npm scripts.

Please comply with the new npm policies and remove the current postinstall advertisement, thank you.

Yes, I realize this is a duplicate of #548, but as that is locked as spam (oh the irony...), I'm opening a new issue.
