IMO the current app icon looks outdated.

Thanks for these mockups! In spirit of the current icon, I think I like icon6 and then icon2 as a second preference. I would like to see how these look in practice in the Dock though.

The current icon was made in #11 when I believe everything wasn't in rounded-rectangle style back then. doches can comment as well for any thoughts here.

icon6 and icon2 looks good to me. We'd just have to pick one. I prefer these over the other variations because the others look a bit more 'slanted' to me and look more like dinosaur eggs (also not as much fan of the downward extrusion).

👍🏻 to @zorgiepoo's comment: I like 6 and 2 as well, and between those I'd vote for 2 -- but both look good in the dock! I agree that my original icon doesn't fit the current macOS styling as much as it once did; delighted to see someone else picking it up and running with it!
