Inconsistent punctuation used in help text descriptions

Periods are used inconsistently in help text.

The most obvious of this is when you issue a command such as "bright profiles", it returns a command group description without a closing period. The command descriptions on that same help page for "create", "delete", "list", and "set" all do have periods. But "update" command description does not.

I suggest that all descriptions use proper punctuation wherever possible. Will help with UI consistency.
