Given I am in the editor, viewing a PDS member
When I edit the member on z/OS and click on the cloud icon in the node tree for the member (Pull from Mainframe)
Then the content does not change. It only changes after I switch from VSCode to another app and back. Neither do I see any message about the file being re-downloaded.

Hey @VitGottwald, based on your description, this seems similar to issue #806 so I think it's potentially worth looking into the functionality behind the "Pull from mainframe" button, what do you think?
