Create New Account Details View and Improve Removal Confirmation Message

This PR introduces a new view for account details and includes several important updates and fixes:

New Account Details View

• Now hosts the features to:
  • Edit account notes.
  • Set slow wallet.
  • Get private key (previously on the dev view).
• Introduced the new feature to remove an account from the wallet.

Bug Fixes and Improvements

• Fixed a concurrency issue where multiple features were saving information to the same configuration file.
• Resolved an issue where the modal for creating a new account would not close when creating a second account.
• Enhanced the removal confirmation message for deleting all accounts from the wallet to be more explanatory.
• Translated the new texts to all supported languages.
• Adjusted the notification timeout settings to improve user experience: success notifications now disappear after 3 seconds, and error notifications after 5 seconds.
