- upgrade dev tooling to use pnpm instead of yarn
- update to latest version of ethers in dev and package optionalDependencies
- upgrade to latest version of hardhat
- upgrade all other deps
- re-generate typechain adapter with latest version of ethers
- publish as v3.2.0
