Adds the acorn-import-assertions plugin to allow JSON and CSS (etc.) modules to be parsed correctly. Currently ignores these files, but happy to take a different tack if you'd rather the system just skip recursion on them instead.

This was fixed upstream in acorn v8.14.0, shipping with v1.0.1 of this package: https://github.com/acornjs/acorn/blob/master/acorn/CHANGELOG.md#8140-2024-10-27
