画像にALTテキストがある場合、ファイル名が表示されない

画像にALTテキストがあると本来ファイル名が表示されるところにALTが表示されてしまい、ファイル名が表示されなくなる

ファイル名とALT両方表示される方が好ましい

🤬 Actual Behavior

ALTがあるとALTが優先されて表示されてしまう
