This is the home for all the Identity Proofing documentation, until each piece finds a permanent home. Everything is a work in progress and this document will be updated as the implementation proceeds.

The responsibility for identity proofing is distributed among 4 locations:

• IdV Flow (routing, views, data collection)
• Proofer Logic (determine what to do, which vendors to use and return standard responses)
• Proofer Gem (an interface to simplify the creation of a vendor)
• Proofer Vendors (the actual vendor proofing)
