[Bug]: Tun模式开启后重启电脑自动关闭 #5725

预期情况

重启电脑或重启软件后自动开启Tun模式

实际情况

手动退出软件重新打开，或重启电脑后软件随机启动后，Tun开关默认关闭

复现方法

重启Windows或退出软件后重新打开

重启要开tun，需要用管理员模式设置下开机自启，这个时候会用任务计划

用任务计划可以管理员模式启动了，但是tun开关默认是关的，每次重启还得自己打开一次，能把开关状态保留下来吗？
