Thanks to merging servo/rust-url#674, we can migrate to using the official package. Sadly, there is no release containing the fix yet, but I will migrate this PR after it is released.
Part of this is also switching to a tagged version of straitjacket. I did not do two PRs because of two updates to cargo.lock
