This readme aims at facilitating organizing Side Project Club at 42.
Side Project Club's goal is to gather all project creators in 42, and give them a place to share and help each others. They can share their advancement, goals, and it allow them not to be lonely on their projects. We also use Side Project Club to track startup internships' evolutions.
It's every Tuesday at 6pm. It's a one hour meetup where 20 persons maximum (be flexible) seats around a table, and talks about their projects. Each of them have 5 minutes. They use it as they wish : 3 min speech and 2 min discussion, or 1 min speech and 4 min discussions, or whatever combination that lead to 5 min. After an hour, we officialy finish the event and let people chat freely, that's when connexion happens.

A 42, on est assez connus pour tous avoir des Side Projects. Qu'est ce que j'appelle Side Project ? Un truc sur lequel tu bosses, plus ou moins sérieusement, et qui te fait kiffer.
Tu viens de terminer une app ? Un site web ? Tu bosses sur un projet de drone ? Une IA qui défonce Nadal aux échecs et Kasparov au tennis (ou l'inverse) ?
Ou si t'es comme moi, et que tu veux juste savoir ce qui se fait de cool dans l'école, alors t'es le bienvenue !

Things to prepare and think about :
- Book a time and a place with 42 staff (in Paris, the Valhalla is our favorite), with intra description (see appendice below). We usualy book all Tuesdays for 2 months in one mail, so that we don't bother the administration every week.
- Send an @channel to the 42entrepreneurs channel on slack at 5pm to warn everyone that the Side Project Club begin in an hour. It's a reminder as much as an advertisement.
- Come 5 minutes before the event and ask to the welcome desk for a badge to open the room booked by 42Entrepreneurs.
- Set a 5 minutes timer and let it ring a bit, for everyone (
⚠️ don't let people go too much over the 5 minutes) - Ask who's doing a startup internship, and begin by them. Remember to note their presence on the Startup Insternship Trello.
- Try to finish the event on time, at 7pm. More than an hour listening to pitches can become annoying.
- Let people chat after that.
- Give the badge back to the welcome desk and note the startup insternship in the trello if you haven't done it yet.
