07 ‐ CSV Data Guidelines

The .csv files provided by Barrios were modified to conform to database table-naming conventions. As such, files being uploaded to the ISS Analysis Tool should conform to the field names listed below.

Important

Some files, such as inventory_mgmt_system_consumables, include modifications to allow for the unique id convention used on the IMS. CSV files with an id field populated by IMS should be modified. The column name should be changed to ims_id to avoid database conflicts.
