Updated dependencies, uses clap 4 instead of structopt now, so the help text is slightly different.
The prebuilt binary for linux has gf2x and NTL statically linked in and is licensed under GPL.
gf2x is compiled with -march=westmere, so if your computer is older than 14 years you might get issues.
