Device Family Pack for Arm Cortex processors

This Device Family Pack (DFP) provides basic support for Cortex based devices used for CMSIS, such as Cortex-M and small Cortex-A class ones. In CMSIS 5 these devices were defined in the base pack. With the major update to CMSIS 6 the device definition is offloaded from the base pack into this separate pack.
