the git command that is used to get the commits:

- provide the command with the optional flags:
gitops-version release --repo-path /home/adam/<repo> --org <AzureDevOps orgID> --project <AzureDevOps project> --pat <AzureDevOps PAT > --hash <Git commit Hash> <path to git ssh keys> -v
- The code looks for latest tag and gets all the commits between it and the provided commit Hash
- if dry run was not provided, the output will be in the
CWD
with the name:Report.md
