Keyword `OUTER`

AlaSQL supports three types of outer joins:

[LEFT OUTER JOIN](LEFT JOIN)
[RIGHT OUTER JOIN](RIGHT JOIN)
[FULL OUTER JOIN](OUTER JOIN)
