Description of the bug

The Popover "jumps" up when trying to click in on "lage" page.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a look at the comments in this issue to see the video: #12913

I tested it in dev and the bug is fixed, but i noticed that if i open for example popover for a component and i click over the popover , then the popover will move one component up as it looks in video.

hm.. are you sure that the dev was updated with this branch before you tested? It should be like this now when I test locally:
