Change component name "Tom knapp" to "Egendefinert knapp"

Description

The name "Tom knapp" seems not to be descriptive enough, so we will change "tom" to "egendefinert". The help text for this button and the other button that allows the user to define the text on the button, were confusing, so we should also take a look at them and see if we can separate the meanings, to clariify what each oft hese buttons do.

Discussed with @Annikenkbrathen: Only do the change back to Egendefinert knapp for now. Then make a separate sub-issue under #13642, with the aim to discuss better button functionality over all: Fewer buttons, with freedom to choose texts and actions for them.
