Photo Gallery component enhancements

Summary

Coming out of #10 / #21 a handful of small enhancements were observed that would be nice to introduce if possible

All or some of these would much appreciated! 🙏

Details

1. Adding a storybook would be a nice start to better facilitate non local dev using mock data (ask the maintainers for this data)
2. Currently all videos are at the end, would be nice to mix them up
3. It would be nice to have the images fade in as they load in
4. Tap or click to zoom / enlarge the image (like in a <dialog>
5. Adding some test cases in for this would also be nice
