Regex filter help

You all know that deepl can often not translate normally if there are a lot of extra characters in the text. This is how it turns out in my case, I play a visual novel where there are a lot of symbols (…). The whole point is that this symbol has a very negative effect on the translation and the phrase is either not translated at all by deepl and, accordingly, it is written ( error while translating) in theTextractor , or it is translated inappropriately. If someone is figuring out how to make a Regex filter that would put a space before this symbol in phrases and fill it. Well, for example, if instead of this :これは…テスト…これは別のテスト…まだ…続く ; That was it : これは … テスト … これは別のテスト … まだ … 続く. I tried these filters: (…)(?! ) ; (...)(?!\s); ...(?!\s).
And they all worked on the website Regex, But the ones in Textractor did not work in Regex. If anyone knows about these filters in Textractor, I'd appreciate some help. Btw could I somehow update regex filter cause as I said earlier on Regex website those filters works ok. (…)(?! ) ; (...)(?!\s); ...(?!\s).

I'm not familiar with regex my self but an alternative way to do this would be wth the replacement extension to set up a replacement to change ... which i've noticed when it's pulled from a game is a single character not 3 individual periods and I'm not sure how you type that. So if that is what is breaking the translation which in my experiences it's usually the case you would need to copy that and paste it in to the replacements file for it to work for that specific symbol and have it become what ever you want that doesn't break deepL You would have to make a replacement for each symbol that breaks deepL which would be tedious.

If you haven't already you could try one of the ones here which I've used all of those at somepoint in time and they all work the one that filters all European language characters and most special characters might give you the result you're looking for as well. if not try the one that filters all non Chinese/Japanese/Korean language characters

Try this extension. At first launch, if it doesn't exist, it creates a replace file named SavedReplacementsLanguageChars.txt for all the characters that bother DeepL and google translator. Then once created, you can edit the file and delete or add other character replacements.
