Hello, this is avientone. First of all don't know if I'm on the right forum. Second, I wanted to say for a long time that textractor is BRILLIANT!!! The best translator and clipboard attach program that I've ever used. I have a severe ADHD so reading manuals is pretty much impossible-sorry. I have questions but the first one involves the program you've suggested. Sometimes I want to change or add words to the dictionary because of weird translation(most of the time not because this program is so well made) or I want to change words to a different word or add a name. Does textractor have that function and is this what you're talking about? |

The specific case I am referring to is what happens with this VN.
This is why I gave the idea if someone is able to develop an extension that can allow the correction of the text and send it back to the translator. In this case, add a space between the two words. However, if you use a Devtools translator and set the browser visible, you can edit the text directly on the web page and read the translation. Unfortunately in this way the modified translation is not displayed by the ExtraWindow. |

No, it is meant to be used with the "thread linker" extension where the two sentences are generated separately. In this case the sentence is a single one. |

Sorry but I don't understand. I was talking about replacing words
evertime it's translated to the clipboard. Like a characters name
translates to flower but it's really Karen or something. They translate the
word as a vague general term instead of what it actually means. Sorry on
the late reply. I can't really remember what I posted.

It has nothing to do with this proposal. What you are asking seems to me to be using the replacer extension which is used to replace one text with another |

Hello, I would like to revisit this topic again. Is there any way to dynamically update/fix the translation before it appears in the dialog window. Sometimes the translation gets stuff like gender, perspective, etc. wrong and it would be nice if there was a way to correct it before it appears in the dialog box and stored in the translation cache. |

I was thinking of an extension that it would be useful to have.
Sometimes with some VNs, when getting text from a Hook, when text goes to new line, the last word of the previous line is attached to the first word of the new line without a line feed.
For this reason I was thinking of an extension that shows the transited text and allows to edit the text and with a button forward the text back to the next extension.
In this way, if I put this extension before the translator, if there is some text that disturbs the translation, I can fix it by hand and resend it back to the translator.
