This repository contains R scripts used for automatically fitting a logistic or fourth grade polynomial model to growth data on housefly and black soldier fly larvae. The script automatically determines metabolic growth parameters like cost of growth, cost of maintenance, and net growth efficiency. So far only applicable to dataframes of specific formats.
