SOPP Client

Changes in 1.18 (pre-6)

- Updated mods
- ViaVersion doesn't work correctly (Waiting stable releases)
- Ported Sodium + Iris (Dirty)
- New InstallClient.exe Loader! (Coded on Python)

Global changes in the entire history of SOPP

- Rechanged all resourcepacks system
- Improve game mechanics**
- Mojang Minecraft bug fixes*
- Some Fixes in Light Engine*
- Now the modpack client uses at least your RAM
- Generation of chunks practically does not load your CPU (Now you don't need liquid nitrogen on the CPU xD)
