Athenz 1.7.30 release

The Athenz team is happy to announce the availability of v1.7.30 release of Athenz. This release includes the following set of bug fixes and enhancements.

#273 upgrade jetty to the latest release
#274 fix zms-cli product id argument
#280 extend getRoleToken API to take multiple role names
#283 support "smarter" health checks on separate port
