Precompile taxonomic_information vignette #85

The taxonomic_information.Rmd vignette is not passing CRAN due to an issue loading package dependencies of collapsibleTree. Creating a taxonomic_information.Rmd.orig file that locally knits the Rmd file before hitting this dependency issue will avoid CRAN failing
