yeah not sure why either. all the tests + mad dog pass. plus i have the env var set locally in a commit in this PR if we ever need it |

Description
Without this change anyone trying to run the creator-node container would see the discoveryProviderWhitelist hardcoded to a local discovery DNS. This removes that. I don't think we need to set the whitelist at all because locally it should lookup the discovery nodes on chain and figure out the DNS, shouldn't need a whitelist at all, but I've added a commit for how to do this just in case.
Tests
Tested on local dev.
How will this change be monitored? Are there sufficient logs?
Creator node health check exposes selectedDiscoveryProvider property, if it's null that will indicate a node wasn't selected and we should investigate.
