when would you want to skip default follows? oh i see this is for the second time around?

Yeah since I'm calling the same "sign up focused" follow artists saga here I was running into a quirk where it triggered the default follows twice (resulted in an incorrect following count and extra ACDC transactions to re-follow the default stuff that was already followed).
So yeah I just added a lil flag for my new saga to use

Description
Our current code has logic to trigger artist follows as part of the
signUpsaga. The only actions dispatched to actually "follow" artists is just to update the array of artists in the store (doesn't actually trigger any backend changes directly).The issue is that if you wait too long and the
signUpandfollowArtistssagas have both already finished, the artists never get followed.This fixes it by adding a new saga that retriggers
followArtistsif it has already come and gone.How Has This Been Tested?
